  • Can I keep the food for next day to BBQ?
    It is NOT recommended to re-freeze thawed food or leave raw food out in the open for extended period of time.
  • Can I change my delivery location on the day of delivery?
    We would try our best to accommodate to your changes but no promises
  • What are the modes of payment available to me?
    We can accept the following modes of payment: Credit Card via Paypal PayNow
  • Is there a minimum amount to order for delivery service?
    No. There is no minimum amount. We can deliver all orders base on availability. Delivery Charges as follows: For orders above $350 (free delivery) For orders below $350 ($25 flat fee applies) ERP charges will be applicable for orders delivered to town/areas with ERP. Drivers will advise on ERP charges please reimburse drivers directly for ERP charges.
  • How do we place our orders for the yummy BBQ items..?
    Orders can be place through following ways: Online - http://www.halalbbqsg.com/ Email Us - Simply click the Contact us button on the top left hand of the website and our customer representative will contact you within 3hrs
  • How many days in advance do I need to make my orders?
    You would have to make orders at least 3 days in advance. Immediately after you have submitted the order online through our website www.halalbbqsg.com our customer representative will contact you shortly to confirm order, date and time. If anything can Email Us - Simply click the Contact us button on the top left hand of the website and our customer representative will contact you within 3hrs.
  • Where is your self pickup location?
    We have various locations for self pick up. Email us to find the nearest pick up point to your location. Email Us - Simply click the Contact us button on the top left hand of the website and our customer representative will contact you within 3hrs
  • Do you guys provide delivery service?
    Yes we do provide delivery service. Delivery Charges as follows: For orders above $350 (free delivery) For orders below $350 ($25 flat fee applies) ERP charges will be applicable for orders delivered to town/areas with ERP.   • Can I cancel my orders if it rains?
    As we would have prepared your items and all cancellations need to be done 3 days in advance, we regret that we will be unable to allow any cancellations on the day itself. However, we can still deliver to your home or an alternate location.
  • Is your cooked food delivered warm?
    We will try to deliver hot food to you whenever possible but in most cases we have to cool the food down to room temperature to prevent the food from spoiling due to moisture condensation in the package. However, most of our cooked food are delivered in microwavable boxes or aluminum tray that can easily be heated up over BBQ fire.
  • What is Halalbbqsg and what do you do?
    Halalbbqsg is a one stop BBQ specialty caterer. We are here to take care of all your BBQ needs from disposables, to accessories, to food and even BBQ cooking services so that you can sit back, relax and, enjoy your BBQ party.
  • How much food do I need to order for my party?
    The amount of food to order is highly dependent on the attendees and their appetite. But our packages that we provide are the typical recommended portion for the package size
  • I would like to amend my order, how do I do it?
    If you had already placed your order our customer representative will contact you. If you wish to amend your order you can highlight the amended order to our staff
  • What is the last day that I can cancel my order? What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel/postpone your order if you do so at least 72 hours prior to your schedule delivery date with full refund. Within 72-48 hours notice will be subjected to 50% penalty of the total bill or you can postpone the order in accentuating circumstance like pandemic order can be postponed till able to BBQ . There is strictly no refunds with less than 48hrs notice. Postponed orders cannot be canceled regardless of the notice period.
